The Ecosystem Project – Practice Circle
What is The Ecosystem Project Practice Circle?
The Ecosystem Project Practice Circle is an evolving community of practice that has emerged from our work with the Ecosystem Project and its Learning Circle. This initiative builds on the methodologies and insights developed through this collaborative effort.
Purpose and Focus
The Practice Circle is designed for leaders, facilitators, planners, and change agents who seek to deepen their understanding of ecosystemic thinking and apply its principles to complex, real-world challenges. Led by Rob Brodnick and Karyn Zuidinga, who developed the Ecosystem Project and its methods, this community fosters ongoing engagement in the application of sensing, illuminating, and intervening within systems, helping practitioners move from insight to action in a structured yet flexible way. It is a space for practitioners to discuss real-world projects and methods.
How It Works
The Practice Circle meets monthly on the first Tuesday online from 12 to 2 p.m.** Pacific**. It is free, but registration is required so that we can add you to the meeting invite and mailing list.
The Practice Circle operates as a collaborative learning space where people working to achieve systemic change can come together with other experts to share insights, strategies, and experiences. It provides a space for mutual learning and exchange, fostering deep conversations about the complexities of ecosystemic change and practical approaches to intervention.

Looking Ahead
As we continue refining and expanding our methodologies, the Ecosystem Project Practice Circle will serve as an incubator for new insights, helping to shape the broader movement of ecosystemic innovation. We welcome individuals and institutions eager to experiment, iterate, and lead change through this emerging practice.
